Q: Has my order shipped?

Your order will ship within 2 business days after we receive payment. Please give us 2 business days to process your order. Actual shipment arrival depends on the availability of the product and the shipping method you select. Delivery is also influenced by order processing time (which includes paypal verification for confirmed addresses and time to pick and pack your order). During busy periods and holidays, shipping may take longer than estimated so please allow extra time for product arrival.

Please be patient: arrival times vary depending on where you live and how far you are from our location. Be advised that some items crossing the border may be delayed in arrival due to customs. It should be 6 - 12 days but some take as long as 20 - 25 so please be patient. Your parcels will arrive and we have no control over things like heightened security alerts and customs
- It will take up to 30 days for customers to receive orders if they are living in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
Q: How do I track my order?
- Please track your order on UPS.com, Canadapost.ca, Purolator.com or Canpar.com depending on your tracking number.
- When your order ships, we e-mail you to confirm that is has been shipped. If tracking service is available, we include the Tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail (if you do not receive a tracking number, then tracking service is not available for your package). Note that orders are shipped/delivered only Monday –Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.
Q: I still have not received my item.
- Please be patient for your item. If it takes longer than 2 weeks for Continental US and Canadian customers, please contact us at websales@overstock-king.com
- For Lost items due to shipping carrier:
If you have not received your item in the appropriate time, please let us know so we can trace the parcel with the carrier. If the item is lost, we will start a claim with them to get our money back. Once we filed the claim we will return the money back to you through Paypal.

Q: How do I sign up for an account?
- Go to "Account" and create an account. Or you can go to the login page and register for an account.
Q: How do I change information?
- Please log in to go to your account to change your information. Your account profile can be seen when you "goto my account".
Q: I forgot my password.
- If you forgot your password, to request a new ONE TIME use only password via e-mail, please enter your e-mail address below, and click the 'Request A New Password' button. You will then have to immediately change this password again after you login with it next time. Passwords are not recoverable in the system, so if you lost your password, the only option is to request a new one time use temporary password.
- In order to keep your account secure, we have set up a security feature so that if you type in an incorrect password 3 times, the website will automatically lock you out. Please contact websales@overstock-king.com to get your account unlocked. Keep in mind your password is case sensitive.

Q: What is the Return Policy?
- For an return or exchange, item must be returned within 7 days. You must contact us at websales@overstock-king.com before sending the item back so that you can get a valid SRA#. Please note that we do not accept returns for certain items. Please refer to the product page for more information.
Q: What is an SRA # and when do I need one
- SRA# is a Sales Return Authorization number and you will need one if you would like to return or exchange your product. Return product should be in original good condition and packaging with attached SRA# on the box

- RMA# is a Return Merchandise Authorization number. You will need this to return defective items for a replacement. Return product should be in original good condition and packaging with attached RMA# on the box
